3) What approaches do you use?
Motivational Interviewing, CBT, relapse-prevention planning, and skills for emotions, stress, and relationships. We’ll personalize it to your unique goals.

4) How often are sessions and for how long?
Weekly or biweekly at first is common; duration depends on goals and progress.

5) Is counselling confidential?
Yes. Sessions are confidential except for rare legal/safety exceptions. We will discuss privacy concerns in the first session.
