The Site is owned and operated by Berger‑Jones Psychology (“we,” “us,” “our”) and is provided for general information about our psychological services, including a link to book appointments through JaneApp. All content is educational only and is not medical, psychological, or emergency advice. If you are in crisis, call 911 or your local emergency number.
You may browse the Site freely, but you must be at least 18 years old—or have a parent or guardian’s consent—to schedule an appointment. You agree not to misuse the Site, upload harmful code, infringe intellectual property rights, or interfere with security and functionality.
When you book an appointment through JaneApp you agree to pay the posted fee and to our 24‑hour cancellation policy, which may charge the full session fee for late cancellations or missed appointments unless prohibited by law. Payments are processed securely by third‑party providers.
All text, graphics, photographs, logos, and other material on the Site belong to us or to their respective owners. You may view or print pages for personal, non‑commercial use, but any other use requires our prior written consent.
